Raj Thapar has a Bachelor of Science degree in HVAC from California State Polytechnic University and MBA from the University of Detroit. Raj has 40 years experience in engineering, sales and marketing. He has guided FM International from a small residential HVAC Company to a mechanical, electrical and general contractor. He believes in providing outstanding service to his clients.

Ron Rego / President

Ron started with the company in 1987 and oversees the estimation, planning, scheduling and execution of all projects as well as the General Operations of the Company. Accomplished Senior Project and General Manager with 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Expert in establishing construction site productivity in challenging and distressed situations, driving large multinational projects and consistently meeting key program deliverables. Reputation for achieving results through forging cooperative alliances, implementing innovative solutions and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals. Demonstrated record of success in design build, facilities expansion, equipment upgrades, fueling construction and MEP systems. Supervised teams in excess of 75, managed budgets in excess of $8M on Federal DOD projects in military, commercial, residential, industrial and remote island settings. Well-rounded financial, marketing and operations experience coupled with exceptional organizational and computer skills. Extensive history of successfully managing a diverse workforce, recognized as a self starter and team player with solid interpersonal skills.
